You can obtain a replacement or refund within 6 months of purchase if your product is faulty or becomes faulty. On requesting a return, you must be able to provide your order number. In addition, Panda Ink Cartridges compatible ink and toners have a 2 year warranty and can be returned for a replacement or refund within this time period.
Change of mind / Ordered Wrong Product
If you have changed your mind, we will refund/exchange your goods in the form of a voucher. This is providing they are unopened and in their original packaging. This can be done within 3 months of your date of purchase.

We may request that you return the item by recorded delivery. The information we provide for your return enables us to process your return in the most efficient manner possible. However it does not represent an obligation on your part.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the goods are faulty and your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Otherwise, a voucher will be sent to you to the value of the goods.
